Getting Help

If you are not finding what you need, please contact a librarian.  Feel free to talk to any of the librarians on staff.   We are here to help.

Stop by the reference desk in person, or visit the Ask a Librarian link to chat, e-mail, or call for answers to your research related questions.

You can also make an appointment to meet with a librarian one-on-one for in-depth research help.  New York City students, please contact Jennifer Rosenstein (see the box at the top right.)  Pleasantville students, please contact Doug Heimbigner, dheimbigner@pace.edu.  Please tell us what class this is for and give us some detail about the assignment so we can match you with the librarian with the most experience in that area.

If you are looking for the contact information for another librarian you can find it on our staff pages.

The First Step

Do you have a Library barcode?

A library barcode serves as your Pace Library Card and allows you to request items from other Pace Library locations, to request books from Connect NY, and it is necessary to create an account in our Interlibrary Loan service.

If you do not have a barcode, you can get one at the Circulation/Front Desk in your home campus Library. (You can also request your barcode via email.)

Use your barcode to renew items or check the status of requested items online: http://innopac.pace.edu/patroninfo
