The Consumer Price Indexes (CPI) program produces monthly data on changes in the prices paid by urban consumers for a representative basket of goods and services.
These data are released each Monday, generally at 2:30 p.m., unless Monday is a federal holiday, in which case the data will be released on Tuesday, generally at 2:30 p.m.
