Company financial data, industry and company ratios, annual reports, and more.

To locate annual reports, mouse over the “Companies” tab, then select Filings and Annual Reports on the drop-down menu that appears.

For company information, click on the “Companies” tab, choose the type of information you'd like to see (profile, filings and reports, etc.), then enter the company name.

Contains company financial data, industry and company ratios, annual reports, and more. Historical financials available as far back as 10-15 years, depending on the company. Look under “Research” for earnings estimates (reports can be exported into Microsoft Excel); look under “Tear Sheets,” then “Equity Report” for an analyst’s report on the company; look under “Portraits” to bring a lot of the data together in one nice package.

Datamonitor Reports are available in Business Source Ultimate. In the menu on the right, select Company Profiles; search by company name; then click "Datamonitor Report," which will include SWOT analysis.

Search by company name or ticker symbol. When viewing results in this database, you may see updated and more recent content from the books listed in the "General Info" box above.

To locate public filings through this database, choose Research in the top menu; in the left sidebar on the subsequent page, choose Filings and Annual Reports for a list of all such documents. The list is, fortunately, filterable and searchable.

In the Guided Search on the Nexis UNI homepage, select Company Info on the left. You can then choose SEC Filings from the drop-down menu on the right.
