Your team has identified a public health emergency and a related health condition. Explore the available data to show the impact of that issue on a particular population; use the epidemiologic data to discuss the SDoH that places that population at particular risk.
- Select a public health issue
- Locate data sources that provide details about your public health issue. Provide an overview and specific health picture from the data.
- Create a table from the data that represents the trends you identified.
- Apply an epidemiologic model to your data and describe why it applies.
