Getting Started: Your Library Account

Your U number - To request books from other Pace campuses and ConnectNY, our statewide library consortium, you will need to know your U number.  You can find your U number in the Pace Portal.

See the link below for detailed instructions from ITS on how to find your U number.

To use the ILLiad Interlibrary Loan service, first you must activate your ILLiad account by logging in with your Pace username and password and completing the short registration form. You can include your U number but it's not required.

Configure your Google Scholar Account

Often, Google Scholar will show the citation for an article, but the full text of the article is not available for free online.  You can configure Google Scholar to link you to the full-text of articles available from the Pace databases.  If we don't have the article available, you can also request it through ILLiad Interlibrary Loan.

Create an NCBI Account

Create an NCBI account: be sure to go to the non-Pace Pubmed.gov website to create your account.
(Pace's authentication server interferes with the Captcha step in the registration process.)
