Firefox PDF Poor Quaility Issues and E-Reserves Browser Issues
Firefox now has a built-in PDF viewer, however it often incorrectly displays fonts on certain PDFs. They become fuzzy or thickened making readability difficult.
To fix this and view them as they were intended to be the user must make Adobe Reader the default viewer for them.
Firefox -> Options -> Applications -> Portable Document Format (PDF) -> Use Adobe Reader (default)

E-Reserves and Internet Explorer 10 / 11
ERES has a compatibility issue with the latest version of Internet Explorers. To fix this:
Tools -> Compatibility View Settings -> Under Add this website: Put pace.edu and click Add.
This will enable IE 10 and 11 to work with E-Reserves
