The Library Administration strives to provide a forward thinking, team based, inclusive library that supports academic and social engagement of library users.  The Library Administration strives to promote this through avenues such as:

  • Building campus community through creative events and engagement opportunities
  • Forming partnerships with key campus student organizations and academic departments
  • Building a responsive team of library administrative leaders
  • Creating a library culture that changes and adapts to changing needs and conditions for resources, spaces, services, and technology

Types of Assessment Internal library survey
Assessment Description The library senior administration, comprised of the University Librarian and the two campus library directors, garners the staff's evaluation through the administration of a staff climate assessment of the administration's performance in the areas of: leadership, professionalism, staff management, resource management, effectiveness, efficiency, knowledge, objectivity, responsiveness, approachability, and communication.  Currently the senior administration is researching survey options.
