| Assessment Description | The library senior administration, comprised of the University Librarian and the two campus library directors, garners the staff's evaluation through the administration of a staff climate assessment of the administration's performance in the areas of: leadership, professionalism, staff management, resource management, effectiveness, efficiency, knowledge, objectivity, responsiveness, approachability, and communication. Currently the senior administration is researching survey options. |
